Beta Updates ⚒️

The next beta season will be taking place soon, with the new front-end and the advanced match engine! As these are two major new features, there will be a lot of testing during the beta, with some features of the game not being present in this version. The full development focus from the team over the last week has been preparing for this beta.

Over the last week, Sam has been sending out beta invites as we expand to 276 clubs in the next season. Keep your eyes out this week as League tables will start to get revealed… 👀

We were really excited to announce this week that we are partnering with ZED RUN to celebrate the 2022 World Cup! It presents a fantastic opportunity to leverage the synchronicities between our communities, and bring football to the track while we watch it return to the world stage together next month! Footium Community Event 🏟️

Our first ever in-person community event took place at Leyton Orient on Sunday. The whole team wants to thank & give massive appreciation again to everyone that travelled and attended the event yesterday. It was great to meet so many of you & put names to faces.
